Sessions and Costs
Hypnotherapy is best offered in a two session package for first clients and it is a NZ$350 investment.

The 1st session is focused on nervous system regulation and understanding the patterns of your problem - 90 minutes.

The 2nd session is a more traditional hypnotherapy session where deeper work is done - 60-90 minutes.
It is recommended that most problems have 2 sessions to support lasting change.

Follow - Ups
Follow up sessions are between 60 - 90 minutes long and are NZ$160 each.
Most client problems only need 2 sessions but some benefit from ongoing support.
Think of these as continuing to build on the first sessions, getting a clearer picture of where you want to be, further subconscious work, and going deeper with hypnosis to help you be the best version of yourself.

The hypnotherapy process
1 / Nervous System Regulation
First we talk about past experiences and when the problem came to your attention. As the thoughts, emotions and beliefs surface, we use this opportunity to clear them using a trauma-informed technique to bring the nervous system into a state of regulation.
2 / Problem - Process - Goal
Once the nervous system has established its new baseline, we then direct our attention towards how your nervous system and subconscious will respond differently and begin creating a new response set.
3 / Hypnosis and Subconscious Programming
To make the changes we've made last we then use hypnosis to program into the unconscious mind how you are going to respond differently in the environment that the problem was occurring. We are giving the mind an opportunity to develop new beliefs and thoughts that drive behaviours that we want to be doing, in the place that we want to see ourselves responding differently. Not just in the therapy room.

Why is hypnotherapy better offered with 2 sessions?
Two sessions allow for a more comprehensive intake period for regulating the nervous system. Lasting change-work can then be implemented using hypnosis at a deeper level.
Some problems are not always straight forward and require follow up sessions to achieve satisfying results
