8:00pm - zoom room opens - A general run down of the session contents and any important information is shared such as: staying warm, what to expect, how to get the most out of the session, staying hydrated, and general zoom support
8:10pm - Session starts. We will start early if everyone is ready
8:50pm - Emergence & any questions people have about their experience and the session.
9:00pm - Thank you, zoom room closes unless discussion continues.
