Cancellation Policy

Inherent Holistic Health Disclaimer form Description of the Services Inherent provides quality and respectful hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) services without discrimination on the basis of race, religion, ethnicity, disability or sexual orientation. Participation in the hypnotherapy and NLP is strictly voluntary. While there are no guarantees for the outcome of the hypnotherapy and NLP process, Inherent will work with you closely and provide services for the best outcome. Services will include a full assessment and individual or group hypnotherapy and NLP. These services can be provided in-person, or over Zoom video meetings. Risks May include experiencing uncomfortable feelings, the processes often requires shifting emotions that may be intense at times. Confidentiality Confidentiality is the legal right of every individual receiving the hypnotherapy and NLP services. Information shared with a hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner is kept strictly confidential and is not disclosed without written consent, or by law, in the case where a client receiving the services threatens to harm themself or others. Cancellations Inherent bookings and services require at least 24 hours notice to cancel unless due to an an emergency. Refunds Inherent does not offer refunds for services cancelled less than 24 hours before the booked time.
