Service Description
This 9 - session coaching package covers 3 months, focuses on clearing the emotional barriers holding you back while helping you set actionable goals for your personal growth. The first few weeks focus on establishing a forward-focused mentality, utilising hypnosis techniques and an NLP framework to goal-setting that sets your sights on what it is you want, and building a roadmap for getting there. Along the way, any blocks or challenges that arise are worked through. Keeping track of the techniques and approaches used gives you a strong foundation to continue to set and achieve goals, long after you decide to finish up with coaching. The next few sessions in the 12 weeks focus on making the goals you set more concrete, perhaps refining them if they do not align with values or something you discover along the way draws a lot more interest from you. Following the initial package of 12 weeks, ongoing coaching sessions are available for $250 per month which includes 2 tailored sessions to help you on your path forwards. These are arranged with a minimum of 1 weeks notice for bookings. Empower yourself to unlock your inherent potential and achieve optimal wellness today. Cancellation Policy
Inherent Holistic Health Disclaimer form Description of the Services Inherent provides quality and respectful hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) services without discrimination on the basis of race, religion, ethnicity, disability or sexual orientation. Participation in the hypnotherapy and NLP is strictly voluntary. While there are no guarantees for the outcome of the hypnotherapy and NLP process, Inherent will work with you closely and provide services for the best outcome. Services will include a full assessment and individual or group hypnotherapy and NLP. These services can be provided in-person, or over Zoom video meetings. Risks May include experiencing uncomfortable feelings, the processes often requires shifting emotions that may be intense at times. Confidentiality Confidentiality is the legal right of every individual receiving the hypnotherapy and NLP services. Information shared with a hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner is kept strictly confidential and is not disclosed without written consent, or by law, in the case where a client receiving the services threatens to harm themself or others. Cancellations Inherent bookings and services require at least 24 hours notice to cancel unless due to an an emergency. Refunds Inherent does not offer refunds for services cancelled less than 24 hours before the booked time.
